Which countries do you ship to?

At present we can send orders anywhere in the UK. For any requests outside this area, please contact us or email hello@refabstudio.org for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards for orders via our website, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I have made an error on my order. How do I amend it?

If you have made an error on your order, email us on hello@refabstudio.org with your order number as soon as possible. We can amend the name and shipping address on your order if it has not been dispatched. If you would like to change the order itself, we would have to cancel your order and ask you to place another one.

What messages will I receive regarding my order status?

Email order confirmation at the time of payment. Email shipping confirmation, when your order leaves our warehouse to the destination you indicated.

I have placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email. Where is it?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, it’s always best to check your junk or spam folder in case it’s got stuck in there! If you still haven't received it in 2 business days, email us on hello@refabstudio.org so we can check for any errors and resend the email.

My order has arrived but it's missing something. What can I do?

If any part of your order is missing, email us on hello@refabstudio.org. In the unlikely event that we have forgotten to include part of your order, we will arrange to have it shipped out as soon as possible.

My order has arrived damaged or faulty. What can I do?

Though we take the utmost care in checking products and packaging orders before dispatch, accidents can happen. Additionally, sometimes it may be due to the nature of the fabric. Depending on the case, we will offer to replace or refund damaged or faulty items.

What upskilling does ReFAB do?

Our partners work with disadvantaged women like refugees, or prisoners, and train them in the basics of tailoring along with other support. ReFAB further trains these women in specialist high-quality tailoring and quality control. Our collaboration ensures that the women are recognised and respected as the creators of fine products at pop-ups and within their communities.

How do I stock your products or buy as an interior designer?

Do you have a bricks and mortar shop?

We currently operate as a fully digital brand. Although, keep up to date with news on physical shops opening in the future by signing up to our newsletter.

How can I look after my items?

Gently clean any stains by spot cleaning with cold water and mild soap. Avoid prolonged soaking, as it may result in damage. Refrain from ironing or tumble drying.

What is the difference between Cushions and Art Cushions?

All of our cushions are made in limited quantities, however our Art Cushions are each a singular masterpiece.

Why do the products cost so much, especially if fabrics are donated?

Upcycling is complex. It usually costs at least 3 times the cost of a similar industrially produced item. In our case, the cost emerges from the careful sorting and designing at the heart of our unique products. Further, we invest in the upskilling of our tailors and pay them legal living wages. An industrially produced tote may seem like a bargain but the true cost is much greater and is borne by our planet.

When will you restock out of stock items?

ReFAB does mostly one-off products, so it is likely that you may not find the same product. However, we have other exclusive products for you to choose from.
